discussed in ur annual performance review.
We have incorporated a culture based safety

Conducting
monthly safety meetings for all

-
Requiring
that each training for all employees
participates in the program
-
Documenting
our safety procedures through SOPs and

-
Assigning
a Safety Officer

Safety
We
are licensed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulators
Commission (NRC) to test and store 14C
material. Our program is effectively
monitored through the Radiation Safety
Officer (RSO) and the Radiation Safety
Commitee.
The
RSO maintains the appropriate licensing and
documentation, hosts the NRC during on-site
audits provides training for authorized
users and limited handers, receives and
ships radioactive materials and conducts
monthly laboratory surveys of laboratory
areas. He also chairs the Radiation Safety
Committee which oversees and addresses
radiation safety concerns and conducts
annual compliance inspections.
